Rhyd-y-groes’ woodland is habitat to a variety of birds and butterflies, so the site is an ideal location for wildlife enthusiasts and birdwatchers.

The hard standing pitches are level and very generous in size, so they are ideal for both large caravans and motor homes, whilst still allowing room for a car to be parked on the pitch. Grass pitches are also available on the touring caravan site. All pitches have a 16amp electricity supply, and many are fully serviced.

The site is open all year round, and well-behaved dogs are welcome, for a small charge. The site is exclusively for adult guests (over 25) in order to provide a peaceful, tranquil setting for those seeking a retreat from busy urban living.
